Our accommodation includes one spacious family room that comfortably sleeps four, and five beautifully appointed rooms ideal for two guests, each with either a double, queen, or king-size bed.
Every room is clean, tastefully decorated, and features its own ensuite bathroom for your convenience and privacy. From crisp linens to thoughtful touches, our focus is on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made after 48 hours will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

House Rules
To ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask you to follow our house rules:
Respect Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in: from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:00 am
Later times may be arranged in advance.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or indoor areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am to respect other guests.
Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms overnight. Visitors must be approved in advance by management.
Care of Property
Please look after the room and its contents. Any damage or missing items may be charged to your account.
Safety & Security
Ensure doors and windows are locked when you leave your room. Management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
